Top 7 Principles Of Your New Million Dollar Mentality

By Christopher M. Knight

  1. First, start out by not accepting anything less from yourself.
  2. You must seek out and stalk wealth, as it will probably not just fall into your lap. Read about it. Attend seminars. Join lists. Pursue it. Plan for it. Think about it. Go For It!
  3. Do not re-invent the wheel. Chances are high that someone has already done what you want to do. Go model them, but more importantly, model their actions & their beliefs.
  4. "Million Dollar Mentality" is a behavior and a habit set, that you can create. It may feel uncomfortable for the first 21 days, but after that, it will become easier. Ask yourself this question: "Am I behaving in ways that will lead to 7 digits or greater for my life?"
  5. Re-direct your associations to money. If the amount of money you make is in direct proportion to the amount of value you deliver, then the only way to become a millionaire is to deliver massive amounts of value. This makes you a massive giver! Rejoice in that, and be thankful you can give.
  6. Become a millionaire, if not for the money, but for who you become during the process!
  7. Who cares if you screwed up in the past. Just because you were not or did not accumulate a million dollars yet, does not mean you can't get started AGAIN today on your goal. As Tony Robbins would say: "The past does not equal the future".

PARO’s advanced Business Accelerator program provides a flexibility of workshops, mentoring, business counseling, web and tele-classes to women who are already established in their businesses but want to ‘grow a little or shift a lot’.  This program builds knowledge, skills, capacity, confidence and resilience as a business owner, and each participant’s program is specially tailored to suit their needs.  Contact accelerator@paro.ca to find out how the program can benefit your business.

PARO's Accelerator project has been supported with a grant from the Canadian Women's Foundation Economic Development Collaborative Fund, a partnership of the Canadian Women's Foundation, CIBC, The George Cedric Metcalf Charitable Foundation, The Ontario Trillium Foundation and an Anonymous donor.

Connecting You to a Fit & Healthy Lifestyle

How much muscle do you have?

We all know that muscles give us the power to lift boxes and grandbabies; they also give us the power to walk, run and climb!

Did you also know that muscle is the primary energy consumer for your body? Think of your muscles as a raging fire – if you toss a log into it, it will burn up pretty quick. Fat on the other hand is like a single lit match – it will take years for the match to burn up the log!

Every pound of muscle burns between 40 and 120 calories a day – just to sustain itself; while every pound of fat uses only 1 to 3 calories!!

If you are over 35 and you haven’t added a strength training routine to your activity list then you are also losing about 5% of your muscle mass every 10 years!

Think of it this way – if you don’t intentionally rebuild muscle through exercise, every ten years you will need to eat 120 to 420 fewer calories each day to maintain your current weight!!

You can build and maintain your muscle mass by implementing a 30 minute walking routine every day and a strength training routine 3 times a week!!

Make your body a high energy consumer!!! Lift up, down, up, down, up down and then get up and get going!!!

PS:  You can now hear my Monday emails on my website – www.coulisconnection.com!!

Make it an excellent week!
