Do I love what I am doing and
where I'm going right now?
-
How big could I really build this
thing? What is the absolute maximum upside potential of
my market?
-
What must I do today, this week,
this month, this year, to be #1 in my niche?
-
Is my current focus too wide or
too narrow?
-
What is the highest and best
return on my time?
-
Who can I impact today, that will
have the greatest financial impact on my business?
-
Which hidden asset am I sitting
on right now, that if exploited, would bring me a
windfall of profits tomorrow?

What
a beautiful sunny day!
With
the weather getting warmer and the days longer; it can be harder
to get to the gym. We want to be outside! No problem, just
don’t forget your weight training.
Women especially have more to and gain and lose from strength
training than men! Of all the calories burned in the body, 50 to
90% are burned by your muscles and since men naturally have more
muscle than women; it gives them an advantage, they burn more
calories, even while sleeping!
So,
absolutely, get outside, walk, bike, jog, run, hike, kayak and
roller blade. But, don’t forget, strength training puts women
on a level playing field as far as metabolism goes. The more
muscle mass a woman has, the more calories she can burn!
Strength training also keeps bones dense and strong, so it is a
good weapon against osteoporosis!
Make
it an excellent week and pick up a dumbbell!! (No offence guys!
Really!) Then get up, go
outside and get going!
